3 Month - Celiac/Gluten Free Reset Plan
This program is for individuals who are new to the gluten free/celiac lifestyle OR who need the extra support because they have not been able to see positive changes since going gluten free.
We will have 6 1 hour - 1:1 virtual sessions. We will go through an initial assessment and explore your pain points, your current diet and lifestyle habits, and what you are looking to achieve in your time with me. The program will guide you through the process of living a gluten free lifestyle without compromise. I will help you implement the proper nutrition and rebuild your habits in order for your body to heal and thrive with your new gluten free lifestyle.

Six one week customized meal plan with recipes and grocery list after each appointment
Treatment plan that includes: supplement protocol, lifestyle recommendations, in-depth nutritional education, grocery guide, fitness plan and any gluten free resources you need (for example: product swaps, label reading guide, best gluten free products)
